CONSOLE REPAIRS 

   

You are at the right place for console repairs . We repair PS4 / PS5 / Xbox One s and above / Switch  - from bad lenses to no HDMI output , we can assist

Game console stopped working? Not to worry -  We will bring your console back to life . 

So to get your console repaired , please send it to us using any of the methods below .

** Important - After you have sent the repair in , please fill in the book in form below in order for a jobcard to be created . We will send you a invoice when the job is complete and the console is ready to ship back to you with our couriers - We use The Courier Guy .  

* Kindly note we do not accept consoles in from repair shops , or consoles that have had a previous repair attempts . We have found that consoles booked in for a " second try " rarely are fixable. If a novice has had a " repair go " at the fault, there is usually more damage done - Additionally, if a reputable shop has had a go at repairing and were not successful, we dont want to spend additional workshop hours on a fruitless repair attempt

Option 1 : Drop Off 

If you are in Ballito or surroundings , you might want to drop the repair off yourself . Drop off address is 53 Oceanview Rd , Tinley Manor Beach , Headlands , 4390 tel Whatsapp messaging 0634576329 ( Click For Google map ) . Please note we are only available for drop offs Mon - Thurs , Mornings between 09H00 - 12H00. Repair collections are the same as above .

Option 2 : Courier send in

Couriers can drop off the repair at 53 Oceanview Rd , Tinley Manor Beach , Headlands , 4390 . Tel 0634576329 . Email technical@xmods.co.za . Contact person is Wayne ,  technical@xmods.co.za   ( Click For Google map ) . Please note drop off's are to be done Mon - Thurs , mornings only , unless you are using The Courier Guy - they can drop off anytime . Return delivery is via our couriers only

Option 3 :  Postnet to Postnet

REPAIR FORM 

Please submit once you have sent in / dropped off your repair - Please do not send in any peripherals such as cables or controllers , unless they contribute to the fault . Also make sure you have removed any disks from the consoles drive

Kindly note we will format the system storage and will update the system firmware if needed without any consultation , unless otherwise instructed by yourself in the " Additional Notes " box

EG : Console has a crack left front and is scratched

Date you sent in / Dropped off the repair

If you sent it in Via Courier or Postnet , we need the tracking number in order to allocate and collect the package
