You select your shipping method on checkout , and delivery is offered by the carriers below . Tracking information will be emailed to your registered address by 8pm on the day of dispatch . If you do not receive an email by then , please have a look in your spam folder before sending us an email 

Fastway Call Center 

Fastway collect from us Mornings on a  Monday - Thursday ( no collection on a Friday or over the weekend )  

Pargo Call Center 

Pargo is a convenient collection point network , where you collect your order from a range of collection points across south Africa . For a complete list of collection points near you , Click here  . 

Pargo collect from us Mornings , Monday - Thursday. If you selected PARGO as a delivery option , please make sure that you have added your preferred PARGO POINTS address to the delivery addresses in your account profile to ensure that the order goes to the correct PARGO POINT . If no PARGO POINT is added , then your order will go to a random PARGO POINT close to your registered address area code 

 Please take note of the following 

* Paid orders placed before 15h00 will be dispatched the next working day .

* All used items will be tested for a full 48 hours before dispatch

* Courier services to hospitals , schools , townships ,mines ,  plots or flats have a R150 surcharge

* Please note that while delivery times are accurate most of the time , we cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping . Times quoted are a guide provided by the couriers and reflect normal operating delivery times and do not reflect delivery problems and delays . This is beyond our control . Please contact the couriers directly for additional information about your delivery

Courier service  : If you are within 50KM of a major center , delivery will be 2-4 working days after dispatch  . Regional and remote locations will be a 3-7 working day period  . Major centers are determined by the courier company , and are listed as : Bloemfontein , Cape Town , Durban , Johannesburg ,
