SEND-IN OPTIONS / DROP OFF POINT 

So how do you send your repair / mod  in to us 

STEP 1  -  Send in or drop-off your Mod / Repair using the options below 

STEP 2  -  Send us an email with the tracking number , your contact details and the exact description of the MOD / Repair 

STEP 3 - You will be notified when the repair / mod is finished , and you will be sent a payment request . Note that you will only be billed once the Repair / Mod is complete . No payment upfront is necessary 

Option 1 : Postnet to Postnet

Simply go to your nearest Postnet and send your repair / mod to Postnet Salt Rock (Shop G7, Salt Rock Centre , Basil Hulett Drive, Salt Rock, 4420 ) . The company is  Xmods ( Tel Whatsapp messaging 0634576329 ) . Contact person is Wayne 

After you have sent the item in Via Postnet  , please send us notification to technical@xmods.co.za and include the tracking number

Note : We collect from Postnet Fridays only 

Option 2 : Courier Send-In / Drop Off 

You ( or your couriers ) can drop off / Pick Up at 53 Oceanview Rd , Tinley Manor Beach , Headlands , Dolphin Coast , 4390 tel Whatsapp messaging 0634576329  Contact person Wayne Vafias  ( Google map ) . Please note drop off's / Pick ups  are to be done Mon - Thurs , mornings only . If you have sent in via your couriers , return delivery is via our couriers only .
