CONTROLLER REPAIRS  

Those controllers are expensive - Lets repair instead of tossing them. 

We offer a quality repair service for Xbox one , Xbox Series , Xbox 360 , Dualshock 4 , Dualshock 5  + Switch Joycon - Please note we do not repair aftermarket controllers / PS3's + retro controllers . 

Drift is the most common fault , so please visit THIS PAGE for drift repair prices and repair methods ( There are now drift resistant magnetic sticks and Electromagnetic sticks available )  + let us know what drift repair option you have selected on the book in form below - If no option is specified , then we use the original standard sticks  . Also note that when filling in the fault report on the book in form and if you dont specify which stick is drifting , we assume both are problematic and both will be replaced  

Xbox one , Xbox Series , Xbox 360 , Dualshock 4 , Dualshock 5 - Generally , we charge R240 + whatever parts are used ( This is for a Single analog stick Replacement with any other issue ) or R280 + whatever parts are used ( This is for a Dual Analog Replacement with any other issue ) 

Xbox Elite Controllers ( V1 / V2 )  Generally , we charge R380 + whatever parts are used ( This is for a Single analog stick Replacement with any other issue ) OR R420 + parts ( This is for a Dual Analog Stick Replacement with any other issue ) 

Nintendo Joycons are R180 + parts 

So for example , if you have drift on a PS5 controller , and you want to replace both sticks with Hall Effect Magnetic Sticks , we will charge R280 + R65  + R65 ( R65 being the price of a Hall Effect Analog Stick ) . The total will then be R410   . And then , say for example you want a set of thumbsticks added , that will be R55 extra ( R55 being the price of a set of Thumbsticks ) , bringing the repair to R465  - Repairs excludes return shipping , which will be R120 with The Courier Guy insured for R1000 ( R200 for remote areas / Townships ) - Full insurance is available at 6% of the replacement value of the item shipped  

* Note - If your controller has Mods installed that have to be removed to repair , Please contact us prior to sending to confirm the additional charges  and to confirm the mod can be easily removed  

*** PLEASE READ : So to get your controller repaired , please fill in the Controller book in form below ( noting what repair option you want in the fault section )  and then send it to us using any of the methods at the bottom of this page . We will send you a invoice when the job is complete and the controller is ready to ship back to you with our couriers - We use The Courier Guy .

Please submit once you have sent / dropped off your controller . Take note to fill in the tracking number if you have sent in via Courier or Postnet - We need this to track and to collect the parcel - If possible include the last 4 digits of the items serial number in the block below 

Be detailed in the fault discription . If a fault isn't recorded , it won't be noted for action and may go unchecked . Additional charges may apply if we have to dissasemble and repair a fault that was not mentioned 

Please use a valid email address as all repair correspondence will be to this email address

Please supply a full detailed address , including an area

SEND IN OPTIONS  

Option 1 : Drop Off 

If you are in Ballito or surroundings , you might want to drop the repair off yourself . Drop off address is 53 Oceanview Rd , Tinley Manor Beach , Headlands , 4390 tel Whatsapp messaging 0634576329 ( Click For Google map ) . Please note we are only available for drop offs between 09H00 and 12H00 , Mon - Thurs . Repair collections are the same as above . 

Option 2 : Courier send in 

Couriers can drop off the repair at 53 Oceanview Rd , Tinley Manor Beach , Headlands , 4390 tel 0634576329 , technical@xmods.co.za . Contact person is Wayne  ( Click For Google map ) . Please note drop off's / collections are to be done between 09H00 and 12H00 , Mon - Thurs  , unless you are using The Courier Guy / Pudo / Ram / Fastway - they can drop off anytime . Return delivery is via our couriers only

Option 3 :  Postnet to Postnet

Go to your nearest Postnet and send your repair / mod to Postnet Salt Rock (Shop G7, Salt Rock Centre , Basil Hulett Drive, Salt Rock, 4420 ) . The company is  Xmods ( Tel 0634576329 , technical@xmods.co.za ) . Contact person is Wayne - Note we only collect from Postnet on Wednesdays 

  

Option 4 :  Pudo 

While this is the cheapest courier option in the country , kindly note that this is a self service option where you arrange for a Pudo LOCKER TO ADDRESS delivery , where you deposit the repair into a Pudo locker and the couriers drops it off at our address

Similarly when the repair is complete , you will arrange for an ADDRESS TO LOCKER delivery  , where the Pudo Courier collects from us and deposits it into your collection locker
