Analog stick drift is the most common issue we repair and with the advances in joystick technology and the introduction of the TMR Electromagnetic Sticks, controller repairs have never been more viable or worthwhile. What We Repair

We offer professional repair services for:

Please note: We do not repair PS3 controllers, aftermarket brands, or retro controllers. 

We also do not take in controllers that have had botched repair attempts or controllers arriving disassembled 

How to Book Your Repair

  1. Fill in the Controller Booking Form below 

  2. Clearly describe the issue and preferred stick repair option ( Tmr and specifically the GULIKIT sticks are recommended )  - If the fault description does not specify that just the faulty stick is to be replaced , then both sticks will be replaced 

  3. Send in ( or Drop Off ) your controller using any of the shipping methods at the bottom of this page 

  4. We’ll invoice you once repairs are complete and return it via The Courier Guy for R120 

Typical repair time: 2–3 working days (depending on workload)

Please submit once you have sent / dropped off your controller . Take note to fill in the tracking number if you have sent in via Courier or Postnet - We need this to track and to collect the parcel - If possible include the last 4 digits of the items serial number in the block below 

Be detailed in the fault discription . If a fault isn't recorded , it won't be noted for action and may go unchecked . Additional charges may apply if we have to dissasemble and repair a fault that was not mentioned

Note: Return shipping is always done via our own trusted couriers.

Option 3 :  Postnet to Postnet

Go to your nearest Postnet and send your repair / mod to Postnet Salt Rock (Shop G7, Salt Rock Centre , Basil Hulett Drive, Salt Rock, 4420 ) . The company is  Xmods ( Tel 0634576329 , technical@xmods.co.za ) . Contact person is Andrew - Note we only collect from Postnet on Wednesdays 

  

Option 4 :  Pudo 

While this is the cheapest courier option in the country , kindly note that this is a self service option where you arrange for a Pudo LOCKER TO ADDRESS delivery , where you deposit the repair into a Pudo locker and the couriers drops it off at our address

Similarly when the repair is complete , you will arrange for an ADDRESS TO LOCKER delivery  , where the Pudo Courier collects from us and deposits it into your collection locker

General repair prices 

Xbox one , Xbox Series , Xbox 360 , Dualshock 4 , Dualshock 5 - Generally , we charge R240 + whatever parts are used ( This is for a Single analog stick Replacement with any other issue ) or R280 + whatever parts are used ( This is for a Dual Analog Replacement with any other issue ) 

Xbox Elite Controllers ( V1 / V2 )  Generally , we charge R380 + whatever parts are used ( This is for a Single analog stick Replacement with any other issue ) OR R420 + parts ( This is for a Dual Analog Stick Replacement with any other issue ) 

Nintendo Joycons are R180 + parts 

So for example , if you have drift on a PS5 controller , and you want to replace both sticks with Hall Effect Magnetic Sticks , we will charge R280 + R65  + R65 ( R65 being the price of a Hall Effect Analog Stick ) . The total will then be R410   . And then , say for example you want a set of thumbsticks added , that will be R55 extra ( R55 being the price of a set of Thumbsticks ) , bringing the repair to R465
